How we work

Four steps, in plain order

  1. Step 1: We listen

You tell us where you are, where you want to be and what is in the way.

  2. Step 2: We explain

We lay out the routes that may fit, what each asks of you and what it does not cover.

  3. Step 3: We prepare

We build the application with you, and you read everything before it goes in.

  4. Step 4: We follow

We keep an eye out for government messages and help you answer before the deadline.

People recommend us

A few words from people who have worked with us. Word of mouth matters to us; a recommendation from someone we have helped is the introduction we value most.

Common questions

Short answers to what people ask before they pick up the phone.

The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants keeps a public register of its licensed members. Search by name before you hire anyone, and ask the person you are dealing with which licence they hold.

A conversation about where you are and where you want to be. We describe the routes that could apply, what each one would require and what your next steps might be. You decide afterwards whether to continue.

No consultant can promise an outcome. Final decisions on applications are made by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

Some applications are straightforward and people complete them alone. Others have parts that are easy to get wrong. Our view on which kind yours is forms part of the first conversation.

It is a letter that tells you an officer has a concern and invites you to respond before a decision is made. The reply has a deadline, so do not set it aside. We read it with you and help you prepare the response.

We review where the file stands, explain what is ordinary and what is not, and set out the steps that may be worth taking.
